Joshua and a windy day

On Thursday, 04/23/09, Joshua and I went with Aunt Brookeey to Babies R Us to help her with her baby registry. After we were done we went to McDonald's for some dinner. I picked Joshua up from his car seat and he was mushy, so I decided to change his diaper before we went inside. I laid him down on the driver's seat of the van to change it and Brookeey was in the front seat with her door open getting ready to go inside. The wind kicked up pretty bad and I made a comment about how windy it was. At this point of the diaper change, I was cleaning him up still getting ready to put on the new diaper. Then Joshua said, "it's blowing my hangdown." It was hilarious! Brooke and I were laughing pretty hard. I love that little guy.... he makes me smile!

Joshua and I were sitting on the rock in the front yard on Tuesday, 04/21/09. I had my phone out sitting on my leg. Joshua said "see your phone mama?" So I handed him my phone, and then he said "push circle button?" He doesn't like it when the screen goes black, so he asks to push the circle button to light the screen up again. Then he said "Baby Kaikyn" (that is how Joshua says Kaitlyn) because the picture of Kaitlyn above is on my cell phone. Then he put the phone up to his ear and said "Hello Baby Kaikyn" "What you doing Baby Kaikyn?"... just like she was sitting right there with us... it was so sweet!! I teared up of course, but it was amazing!!
